Upstream Perfusion using hollow fibers was a major contributor to the biopharm industry starting as early as the 1980's.  David developed and expanded this Single-Use capibility through Spectrum's product line by developing TFF systems and applications ranging from the bench scale to production scale.  Support in this area from flow path design, set-up and operation can be done.
